Paternity allegation: FCMB Bank forces MD to go on leave as probe begins

Nuru was said to have had an affair with Moyo Thomas, a former official of the bank, who is married.

Adam Nuru, managing director of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), has been forced to go on leave over the allegations of marital infidelity, NoRM understands.

Sources told NoRM that the panel probing the allegation recommended that Nuru be excused from the bank during the period of investigation.

According to reports, Moyo had reportedly left Tunde, her husband, and travelled to the United States with the kids, informing him that the children were not his, but Nuruโ€™s.

Tunde reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest and died in December.
